Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days has gone by since you received your package, the item(s) are non-refundable or applicable for exchange. As for sale items, we can honor store credit only upon receiving the return.
To be eligible for a return, you must have your original e-receipt or order number and the tag must be attached. Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return. As an alternative, we can initiate a return at our local studio in Vancouver, BC. Please send us an email to make arrangements: firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our upcycled items, we won't be able to directly exchange as each is one-of-a-kind. Since we believe in the longevity of apparel, especially apparel you love- please click the link to find out more about our R3 program and the best option for you: With our R3 program for exchanges, we can repair your SLA gear (for a fee) or we can pay for it to be recycled.
Other non-upcycled items, are applicable for exchange upon items being in stock.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the status of your return.
If the item(s) are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note it make take some time to appear on your statement depending on the method of payment used.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
